Washed and light roasted, this lot opens with ripe stone fruit, settles into brown sugar, and finishes with a clean floral lift. It's a cup shaped by the terroir of the highest farms in Atok.
A washed Typica and Bourbon from the Cordillera highlands of northern Luzon. The coffee grows under the shade of Benguet pine and chayote vines at 1,300–1,650 masl, tended by Ibaloi and Kankanaey farming families who have cultivated Arabica in these mountains for generations. The cool, clouded climate and pine-forest shade slow the cherry ripening process, building density and sweetness before harvest.
