About Binhi
The Philippines grows some of the world's finest coffee — cultivated with a care and craft to rival any celebrated origin on earth. It just hasn't reached you yet.
We're changing that. We bring Philippine coffee straight from the farms and cooperatives who produce it, to your cup — no middlemen, nothing lost along the way. Every bean is handpicked, hand-sorted, and traceable to the farm, and the hands, behind it.
This is coffee worth knowing, and farmers worth backing. With every cup, the Philippines, and its producers takes its place among the world's great coffee origins.
Our Mission
The Philippines grows extraordinary coffee almost no one outside it has tasted. We exist to change that — fairly, transparently, and with respect for the people who grow it.
We buy straight from farmers and cooperatives — no middlemen, more value staying on the farm.
Handpicked, hand-sorted, sun-dried. Organic, no machinery. Grown on farms that are largely women-run and indigenous-owned.
Rare, heirloom varieties — including coffees on the Slow Food Ark of Taste — sourced farm by farm across the islands.
Every bag traceable to its origin, farmer, and process — provenance you can share.
How We Work
We work directly with smallholder farmers and cooperatives across Bukidnon, Benguet, and Batangas.
Full documentation and DTI-EMB clearance in the Philippines, handled properly so nothing holds up at the border.
Green beans are roasted to order in the UK in small batches, the way each origin deserves.
Every lot cupped and traced from farm to bag — traceability is a promise, not a buzzword.
Roasted fresh and sent to your door, or shipped green to roasters who'll do it justice.
