These terms govern use of the Binhi website and purchases from us. This is a draft — please review before launch.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we dispatch it (or email confirmation). We may decline or cancel an order and refund you if, for example, stock is unavailable or pricing was incorrect.
Prices are in GBP and include UK delivery where stated. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged.
Our coffee is roasted in small batches. Dispatch times are estimates and may vary with roast schedules.
If an item is unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
