How can we help?

Find quick answers below, track an order, or get in touch — a real person reads every email.

Orders & delivery

We pack and ship within one working day. As soon as your order ships you'll get an email with tracking. You can also check the latest status any time under Your account → Orders — orders show as Queued (being packed), Shipped, or Delivered.

After dispatch, typical delivery windows are: UK, 2–4 working days; EU (incl. Ireland), 5–10; United States, 7–14. Exact options and rates are calculated from your address at checkout.

We're not shipping to Canada, non-EU Europe, or the rest of the world just yet. See our Shipping page for the full detail.

Email hello@binhi.co.uk as soon as you can. If your order hasn't been packed or shipped yet we'll change or cancel it without fuss. If it's already with you, see our Returns page for next steps.

Sorry about that. Email hello@binhi.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it. See Returns & refunds for the detail.

If you created an account, your past orders are saved under Your account → Orders — so you can find and reorder your usual in a couple of clicks.

Coffee & freshness

Yes — all of our coffee ships whole bean. We don't offer a grinding service. A burr grinder at home will always give you the freshest cup.

Keep your beans in the bag (it's resealable), somewhere cool, dark and dry. Keep it out of the fridge — moisture is the enemy of fresh coffee. Best within about six weeks of the roast date printed on the bag.

The roast date is printed on every bag, so you always know exactly how fresh your coffee is. We pack each order from current stock.

Every coffee we sell is traceable to the farm or cooperative that grew it. See our Origins page for the story behind each one.

Account & payment

Card payments are handled securely by Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your card details.

No — you can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders and reorder in a couple of clicks.
